Nap Fighter Extraordinaire

Dear Blog Readers,

Hi. My name is Isaac and I hate taking naps. I will do anything and everything I can think of to get out of napping.



Examples include:

Screaming my head off
Playing with my hands and feet
Trying to sit up while mommy has me lay down
Arching my back and almost sliding off her lap
Playing with mommy's hands, hair, and shirt
Blowing spit bubbles and making zerberts
Kicking my feet over and over again
Babbling and discovering new sounds
Sticking out my tongue
Did I mention crying?
Lastly, staying up soooooooo long that I need to eat and get multiple diaper changes before mommy tries all over again to get me to sleep.

I know I'm supposed to be a good boy and take two naps a day. Just face it, people, my mommy is lucky if I give her one. Could you just let her know that whenever I finally pass out from exhaustion on her lap... that I'd prefer to sleep right there on her warm and cozy lap instead of being moved to my crib? Otherwise, I might just wake up screaming and she'll have to start all over again. Thanks.
