Any Suggestions?

Josh and I recently discovered and joined the new Costco store nearby. We've been twice so far and really like it. They sell the brand of food our dogs eat for a great price. Our membership will more than pay for itself by what we'll save buying just the dog food there. For those of you who know Josh well, you know that he's calculated the exact ammount compared to the grocery or pet store. LOL

We were wondering what you like to buy at Costco, if you're a member. What have you found that is a great deal? Email us or comment on this post to let us know.

P.S. We did try the store-brand diapers, but Isaac leaked out of them. Darn! We'll try the baby wipes next.

P.P.S. We bought a take and bake pizza... $7.99 to feed 5 adults! It was yummy!

I can't give any recomondations about Costco, we go to Sams Club.

We are always the odd balls (:

We wish they sold our dog food there, that would be a saver. They do sell huggies diapers in bulk and the wipes, that saves a bunch. Our membership paid for itself already too, by buying Chey's swingset at a super low discount and our new T.V.

We don't have a Costco near us so we shop at Sam's. We've used Sam's baby wipes and have saved lots of $$$. We also use Sam's bakery for cakes and other baked goods. It saves a lot from chain grocery stores.

WE are thinking about joining. I went in there before Christmas but the lines were WAY too long and I had Emily with me. I did check out their meat prices though and they looked pretty reasonable compared to Kroger. That is a great price for a pizza too! I think we're going to join this month. Sorry about the diapers.... I wouldn't think there is that big a difference with wipes though. We always use the BRU brand.

Hmm... we do like the costco baby wipes, comes in handy to have baby wipes in bulk!
also...
Giant containers of shampoo and conditioner
diaper genie refills
toilet paper
laundry detergent
romaine lettuce (super cheap but you have to buy 6 heads at a time... hope you like salad!)
instant oatmeal
and if nobody else has them on sale sometimes their milk and frozen chicken breasts are the cheapest.
And if your Costco sells gasoline that's usually 10-20 cents cheaper than anywhere else.
