Big Visit

We had some very anxious visitors earlier this week! Josh's sister Sarah and her family had not yet met the baby. They were in town from Florida for a funeral (on her husband's side) and we were SO happy they could spend some time with us.

Here's the first meeting... Sarah, Rachel (2 1/2) and Isaac
Rachel wanted to hold Isaac and also feed him. She'd say, "Rachel hold him?" and then towards Isaac, "C'mere, c'mere" as she motioned with her hands. It was precious.
Isaac especially loved his Aunt Sarah's singing (way better than my voice, that's for sure!).
We celebrated Dave's birthday with dinner and then cake. Yummy! (notice Rachel climbing the furniture in the background. She's a little monkey!)
They stayed overnight and the next afternoon, we went for a walk. It was chilly, but also sunny.
With Rachel all about the playground, her parents could get some more "Isaac time." Here's Isaac with his Uncle Dave.
Rachel ran and played her little heart out.
She loved going down the slides
and climbing through the tunnel.
She is such a cutie pie!
Isaac didn't last long at the playground. He quickly fell asleep in his stroller. I had to post this picture b/c it was so funny how his hat ended up during his nap. Hee, hee! He looks like a little gansta'.
