Weekly Update #51

Isaac is now 11 months, 3 weeks old!

Updates on our little monkey:

* Outgrowing some of his 12 month clothing and wearing all 18 month pajamas.

* Points to his nose if we ask him where it is and is working on learning other body parts. He will say "hay" when he puts his hand on his head. It's amazing how quickly he's learning!

* Enjoys scribbling with mommy's pens and his Sesame Street doodle pad he got for his birthday. I hope he likes to draw!

* Likes to push mommy's footstool all around the living room by pushing it. He doesn't do this with the baby walker toys, though.

* Becoming better each day at "walking" while holding onto our hands.

* Still very curious and loves to get into cabinets and drawers.

* Not feeling that well due to his cold this week. I am happy to report that he slept in his crib and all through the night last night. Whew! Now, excuse me while I go wipe his nose for the hundreth time today. :(

* Managed to get his first taste of DOG FOOD this week! LOL Yep, he found a little piece on the floor and shoved it in his mouth. I caught him and yanked it right out. He cried. Eww! I hope that doesn't mean he actually liked the taste.

Smiles from the boys
This is one of his new favorite spots. It had previously been claimed by Otto, our dog. He lays there with his head on the windowsill as neighborhood police dog. Isaac will actually climb over Otto to get to the window now and so Otto leaves.
Hmmm... where did Isaac go?? PEEKABOO!
These pictures are so funny because they really capture how much he loves attention. My mom and sisters were having a ball with him, tickling him to death.
So cute!
This is the new zebra toy. It makes sounds and music, spins, and bounces when you ride it. It's pretty popular with a certain little boy.
