More Visits

Isaac's been pretty popular lately! Last week, my friend Leslie stopped by for a quick visit. She is a teacher's aide at one of the schools where I used to teach. We've kept in touch and this blog has been a great way for her to watch Isaac grow. But, she wanted to meet him in person as well! Many thanks to Leslie and my other teacher friends Betsy and Sister Mary for the baby gifts. I won't lie and tell you that Isaac didn't find the tissue paper the most exciting part! :)

Then, yesterday... our neighbor friend Jenn stopped by with her little boy. C.J. is 8 months old and just adorable. He and Isaac met when C.J. was just a few weeks old. It's fun to see the two of them start playing together a little bit now that they are older... and it's always nice to catch up with Jenn since our babies are so close in age. We talk about what our babies are doing and marvel at how quickly they change.

Isaac wasn't cooperating with the camera... but, here he is with his buddy C.J., who lives two doors down. Isaac: What's so funny? C.J.: I am just so stinkin' cute, aren't I? ;)
