Forward Movement!!

Last Thursday, Isaac started "hopping" forward just once while trying to crawl. We'd try and root him on to go further. But, just one hop is all that he'd do before reverting to his backwards scooting. Yesterday there was a huge improvement in his FORWARD crawling at last! We were visiting some friends of our's and he managed to get up on all fours and crawl forward. It looked more like traditional crawling, too... arms and legs, not just army crawling or hopping! Yippee! Josh joked that all it took was "some football and a girl" to get Isaac motivated. You see, Katy and Steve have a nice finished basement all decked out in football decor, including an area rug that looks like a football field. Two month old Emily was very intriguing to our little boy and when she was layed on the floor... Wowee! He just crawled right over to her! Pictures to come soon of the two babies together! Isaac just loved Emily. :)
