Stubborn
No time to upload new pictures... but, I wanted to post this before I forgot what I wanted to write. As you know, I'm currently trying to transition Isaac to his crib for naptime. This week has been brutal so far. He cried SO much yesterday, I was ready to just call it quits and let him sleep anywhere he wanted even if it meant the roof or in the bathtub. When Josh came home and saw Mr. Fussy Pants, he said...
"Laura, you deserve a medal." and "Did I say I wanted three kids? One is fine." and then, "Do we have any beer?" Hee, hee... he also said tons of other great stuff that I forget. It was pretty funny.
Needless to say, Isaac is one stubborn little baby. He does not like to be forced to do anything, especially nap. We are still not on a schedule.... just as soon as I think I have him on one, he changes it. He is still fighting naps like you wouldn't believe with huge crying fits. I did manage to get him to sleep in his crib yesterday for a hour and a half and a 20 minutes today. He manages other naps in his swing or pack 'n play. PLUS... and this is a major plus, he is still sleeping 8 hours a night in his crib despite this crazy nap fiasco!
Isaac is currently asleep in his pack 'n play listening to "Celtic Lullabies" (Thanks, Lorraine!). I wonder how long he'll stay down... oh, I hope it's at least an hour so I can get some laundry done. LOL
