Two Babies

Wow, I have a lot of pictures to post! It will definitely take quite awhile to share all of them!

First of all, let me say that it was GREAT to finally meet our niece Cheyanna from Arizona. She is such a sweetie pie! She and Isaac are 7 1/2 weeks apart. They were very interested in eachother. Isaac's faces are hilarious in some of the pictures. He was a little overwhelmed at times. LOL

It was quite the madhouse the first couple of hours with four adults, two babies, and two large dogs all over the place!

There were some moments of jealousy. Occasionally, the babies only wanted their parents to hold them or didn't want their toys to be taken away by another baby. Chey was pretty aggresive with her inspections of Isaac. She crawled, stepped, and grabbed him! LOL He had this high-pitched whine that he'd make to try and ward her off. She was relentless, though... she's one curious little kiddo.

Isaac: What are you doing to my Jumperoo??

But, then he chilled out and smiled at her. :)
The two babies are about the same size in height and weight. But, because of the age difference, Cheyanna definitely had the advantage! She can crawl and is cruising along furniture.

Chey: Oh! What fun... a cousin to play with!

Isaac: Help me!

We had more than enough baby toys for the both of them. But, alas... they always wanted the same one.
Isaac got lots of kisses (AKA slobbers) from Cheyanna. He wasn't really a fan, but she was so friendly. :)Isaac: I don't think so. I want that toy.
Chey: Are you sure I can't see it?

Isaac: Well, okay...

It was A LOT of fun seeing the two of them together for the first time!

Cheyanna and Isaac, first cousins and new buddies:
