Sad Anniversary
Today is the anniversary of my dad's passing. He suffered from cancer and passed away 4 years ago. I think about him every single day and am so sad that Isaac will never get to know his Grandpa A. I know the two of them would have loved eachother!Make sure to hug your loved ones a little bit tighter today. You never know when it might be your last time to give hugs and tell them that you love them. Even though my dad had cancer, his death was unexpected (He passed away in his sleep). His health was improving greatly and his doctor was surprised to hear the sad news.
I know my dad would have loved this blog. I remember my parents' first computer and teaching them how email, online searches, and ebay (his favorite!). He would have definitely been a daily visitor. Instead, he watches down on us from heaven. I miss you, Daddy-o!

Thanks laura for this post..i really miss dad too. It doesn't seem like it will ever stop hurting. I just try to keep remembering the silly times.
I'm sure your dad is very proud of you and the new life you've brought into this world - I'm praying for you and your family today as you remember your daddy and hope that in spite of the pain you'll also be able to rejoice with good memories of times together.
I know you posted this yesterday, but I just read it, and my thoughts are with you & your family. {{HUG}}
Listen to some P-Diddy for Daddy-0!!
Our prayers and thoughts go with you Laura. We loved your Dad in the brief time we got to know him and we know that his memory will live with you and those who knew and loved him forever. Yes, indeed, he would have loved Isaac! He has a front row seat now for all of Isaac's programs and games in the future and is the first one to see the new things he does each day!
