More Food Adventures
Good news... solids are going well! Isaac is now eating two meals a day... breakfast and dinner. This is my new favorite face of his! He scrunches up his nose and makes a sniffing sound when he's excited. LOL!
I started giving him baby oatmeal cereal mixed with nonsweetened applesauce.... and...
He loves it! Yep! He gobbbles it right down! He even makes a "Mmmm" sound while eating it. :)
This weekend, he tried fresh peaches for the first time and LOVED them as well! Next up are plums and then sweet potatoes.

Chey does the scrunchy face too, but instead of sniffing, she inhales and snorts. LOL.

You just brought back a great memory of mine from two summers ago. Liam was about Isaac's age, and the summer produce was coming in at all the local farms. He loved peaches, he loved nectarines, but his absolute favorite was plums. I would dice them up and let him go to town. I think his record was and still is the consumption of five plums in one sitting. He was stuffed to the gills and happy, happy, happy.
You're in for a treat with those plums, Isaac!
Our fruit here is terrible, canned is the best option for taste.

He is such a handsome boy:) I am glad solids are going well. Noah loves oatmeal and applesauce too:)
That scrunched up nose face is what we call a snert face.
