11 Weeks

Today, our little boy turns 11 weeks old!


Here are some tidbits of info. I'd like to post about Isaac this week:

* Likes to flirt with his eyebrows at ladies in church... LOL

* Tries to hold his bottle when Josh feeds him

* Hitting and grabbing for toys more often... also has started to pull my hair (ouch!)

* Spitting up more for some reason and therefore has started to sport bibs so I don't have to change his shirt all the time

* Wearing almost all 3-6 month clothing and size 2 diapers

* Had a couple of rough nights in the crib (related to his immunizations), but is otherwise doing well. He's still getting swaddled, listens to his ocean sounds noise machine, and falls asleep being rocked... but, is out for at least 8 hours each night. Hey, we'll take it! I'm working on trying to get him to nap in his basinette or crib at naptime (not his swing).

* Is starting to reach his arms up in the air when he's going to get picked up

* Still has his "grumpy hour" in the early evening where he whines and complains even though he's not hungry and doesn't need to be changed

* Doing very well with the Playtex Nurser bottles, less gassy

* Likes to watch tv

* Enjoys the contemporary Christian music rock band at our church

* Working on holding onto toy rings and small stuffed animals

* Loves when you get really close to his face to talk to him... he laughs aloud



Still does his "pirate eye" every once in awhile... just checking to see if I'm still watching his fit!

Thumbs up, Mom... Good job changing my dirty diaper. :)
